William Justyk

William Justyk is native of Western New York, having been born and raised in Lewiston. He graduated from Syracuse University in 1998 and Albany Law School of Union University in 2004. After graduating law school, William moved to Seattle, Washington where he practiced law since 2004. After 17 memorable years in the Pacific Northwest, William returned home to Buffalo in 2021. William is admitted to practice law in New York and Washington.

William has helped clients on purchases and sales of residential and commercial real estate by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and leases, and helping to resolve title insurance issues. William also helps businesses with corporate matters by forming not-for-profit corporations and limited liability companies, drafting bylaws and other corporate documents, purchases and sales of business assets, and trademark registration and maintenance.

William also has experience representing condominium and homeowner associations, property owners, residential landlords, and residential and commercial tenants. William has successfully resolved disputes addressing property rights, corporate governance, condominium and homeowner association assessments, fair housing, amendments to covenants/CC&R’s, and landlord/tenant issues. William also has over 15 years’ experience in the restaurant industry and has represented small businesses in the beverage industry by providing advice around licensing and regulatory compliance, business formation, trademarks, and commercial real estate.

In his spare time, William enjoys spending time with family and friends, working on his home, cooking, trying new restaurants and wineries, exploring the outdoors, traveling, sports, and volunteering in the community.
