Biography
I've practiced law in Western New York for over forty years. I've been instrumental in successfully resolving several significant cases including a landmark class action suit against the No-Fault insurance industry. Much of my career has focused on civil rights by representing victims of age, gender and racial discrimination. As a member of both the New York State Bar and the State of Florida Bar, I've lectured on numerous subjects, including my experiences with class action lawsuits. I'm a member of the Federal Practice Committee of the Bar Association of Erie County.
