Tina made an experience that was already traumatic even more frustrating. She appeared to not want to listen to anything I had to say and would not advise me properly. There were times I wasn’t even sure she was going to be in court with me as any emails between court dates went unanswered and I was ...given no updates as to the progress of the case when I was unable to attend. I had so many unanswered emails and questions that I never felt properly represented. She was so inadequate that she didn’t even bring the proper file to court and I had to reiterate everything I knew even though the case had already progressed more than I knew as I was given no updates. I am also a working professional and understand how busy you can get with clients however my clients do not wait more than 24 hours for a response from me. It’s completely unacceptable. Further as a working professional I also had engagements for work that had to be kept in mind however I was never consulted as to whether I was available for court dates causing me to have to reconfigure my schedule for court dates that I walked into blind as I had no idea what what’s happening.

Ms. Hawthorne was compassionate, diligent, and effective. From initial consultation until resolution she was easy to work with. She made getting through the conflict manageable. I had a difficult case and she spent the time with me to address each of my questions and concerns. I found her to be r...esponsive and to fight for my rights. I highly recommend her.
