Jason Robert Dipasquale

I was referred to Jason from a friend in 2018. I was exhausted, postpartum and unfamiliar with the family court system. During a time when I didn't know who I could trust, I finally felt safe after our first meeting. He listened to me and gave me a voice in front of Judges that aligned with my values.... I can genuinely say that mine and my daughter's life is drastically improving now because of him. Jason walked me through one of the hardest times in my life, every step of the way. I'm forever grateful for him and his team. Money well spent.

Jason is an outstanding attorney! He was very attentive and always in communication with me throughout this process. I had a very complex divorce case and it seemed so overwhelming to me. I have worked with Jason for 6+ years on a dicey child custody case and value the fact that he has always been very open and honest with me. He has been great at following up on communications and answering all my questions, some of them multiple times. He does hold ethics and his moral obligations ...in high esteem as I have remained prideful in the fact that we stuck to the facts and the issues that were important to myself and my family without getting lost in the muck. I met with this attorney. After reviewing my case, Lots of promises were made, but not kept. Also things he suggested to me were not what I wanted. I talk to him frequently as he seemed to be the only attorney that listened to me. I’m stick stuck in the same position . I put several reports together ...for him. I am doing all the work. I’m not sure how much longer I can deal.

Jason promised to pursue my case in a just manner. He completely disregarded the facts that should of had my case dismissed. I was offered a plea bargain for a B misdiminor after 9 months of waiting on the court to provide evidence. I took the plea bargain because I could not afford trail. 1 year lat...er I have a background check for a potential employer. Well it was listed as a class A misdiminor. I made many attempts to contact him to have this corrected. All I was told was that he would get my file out of storage. He never did and never returned communcation.
