Elite professional

Jason is an outstanding attorney! He was very attentive and always in communication with me throughout this process. I had a very complex divorce case and it seemed so overwhelming to me. After meeting with Jason I felt at ease and I knew I was in good hands. He is very honest and upfront about ever...ything. I highly recommend him for divorce as well as any other legal needs. I will never use anyone else going forward.

Honest, Transparent and Realistic. He Solved my Divorce case.

Jason was recommended by another excellent lawyer I had previously worked with in the start of my divorce. He was very understanding of my situation and was quick to take over my case and help with the transition process until the end. Even after such a long delayed process with many court setbacks,... I appreciate he was always calm, sympathetic to my situation and always offered no nonsense logical and transparent advice. He is a great guy and Lawyer and someone I would recommend.

Ethical, Transparent and Realistic

I have worked with Jason for 6+ years on a dicey child custody case and value the fact that he has always been very open and honest with me. He has been great at following up on communications and answering all my questions, some of them multiple times. He does hold ethics and his moral obligations ...in high esteem as I have remained prideful in the fact that we stuck to the facts and the issues that were important to myself and my family without getting lost in the muck. Jason has also always been realistic; no over the top promises and no unanswered questions/scenarios ... in most litigation I have learned that there is give and take and he has helped to navigate this when presented. Jason has been very calm, easy to speak with and logical when breaking down my options over the years and is great at talking through any concerns or misgivings as it can be extremely overwhelming and stressful to have to make the 'right' choice. Not all news is good news, but I can honestly say there has not been a time over the years that I felt like Jason lost sight of my goal and what I hoped to gain. He actually read my communications and stayed current on my case ... he didn't file my communications away and pull them out the week of trial. I would strongly recommend Jason.

Horrible

Jason promised to pursue my case in a just manner. He completely disregarded the facts that should of had my case dismissed. I was offered a plea bargain for a B misdiminor after 9 months of waiting on the court to provide evidence. I took the plea bargain because I could not afford trail. 1 year lat...er I have a background check for a potential employer. Well it was listed as a class A misdiminor. I made many attempts to contact him to have this corrected. All I was told was that he would get my file out of storage. He never did and never returned communcation.

The BEST

I was involved a work related matter that was very threatening to my career. Consulted with Mr DiPasquale. He was thinking ahead and everything that he said would happen , did happen. He was available in a minutes notice and walked me through the whole process. I do not know what I would have done w...ithout him. Also had a favorable outcome. In my eyes, Jason is better then any attny in the city for any matter. I will never use another attny.

"As in-house council for a consultancy, we hired Jason as litigation counsel on a breach of contract action. He pervailed on a motion for summary judgment in our case, and left a good impression on the principals at my firm. I am happy to recommend him for the purposes of litigation and debt collection."
