Jason Robert Dipasquale

I have contacted Jason DiPasquale about two different issues of family law over the past year. Jason actively listened to the issue and my questions, was extremely knowledgeable about the relevant points of law, and explained complex legal proceedings and procedures in crystal clear language and from... an objective point of view explaining important aspects of the proceedings from both sides. After speaking with Jason, I felt very clear and informed about the process and what to expect. He answered my questions very thoroughly and allayed my concerns. I give him my highest recommendation.

Jason has been the best thing to happen for me in my now 5+ years of navigating the family court system. I hired Jason about a year ago and already feel more at ease and comfortable with the proceedings then at any point of my 4 years prior with any attorney. My case has been difficult and time ...consuming but Jason was ready to jump on board. From the moment I first spoke to him, he seemed to have a better understanding and comprehension of the law then anyone I had spoken to previously. However that was only the beginning. He understands what it's like to be a father, love your child and want the best for them. Never once have I felt like he was doing this for the money. I feel he does this work because he cares and wants a just outcome for you and your child. One of the best and unusual (given my previous experiences) aspects of having Jason is his prompt response to messages and phone calls. He will typically get back to you within the hour or same day. The response will be helpful, maybe not what you're looking for, but regardless it will be an answer that is in the best interest of your case. Because let's face it ....we hire attorneys for what we don't know.... Not what we do. There has not been a moment that I have felt that he has not had my daughter's best interest in mind. I take so much comfort in that. Any other attorneys I've delt with has always made it clear how good they are and how lucky I am to have them in a self idolizing way. With Jason you get a reserved man with amazing knowledge of the law that lets his work speak for itself. I am only part way through this chapter of proceedings but with Jason representing me , I am confident the I will finally get what I'm looking for and hopefully never need an attorney again, but if I do, Jason will be my first call!

Jason is wonderful! He has represented me in many instances as well as the numerous clients, friends, and family that I have referred to Jason over the years. He is a complete professional and will show support and go to bat for his clients until the very end. He knows the law, he is responsive, and ...he truly cares about his clients. Jason not only understands all of the intricacies across numerous types of cases, but he also provides empathy, understanding, and devotion to his clients the whole way through.
