Jason Robert Dipasquale

I have contacted Jason DiPasquale about two different issues of family law over the past year. Jason actively listened to the issue and my questions, was extremely knowledgeable about the relevant points of law, and explained complex legal proceedings and procedures in crystal clear language and from... an objective point of view explaining important aspects of the proceedings from both sides. Jason is a very knowledgeable attorney who's well versed in family and jurisdictional law. He fought hard during family court proceedings and undid a previous unjust ruling. He is especially good at speaking during appearances and hearings. He's very well spoken and composed. Jason has been the best thing to happen for me in my now 5+ years of navigating the family court system. I hired Jason about a year ago and already feel more at ease and comfortable with the proceedings then at any point of my 4 years prior with any attorney. My case has been difficult and time ...consuming but Jason was ready to jump on board. Because let's face it ....we hire attorneys for what we don't know.... Not what we do. There has not been a moment that I have felt that he has not had my daughter's best interest in mind. I take so much comfort in that. Any other attorneys I've delt with has always made it clear how good they are and how lucky I am to have them in a self idolizing way. With Jason you get a reserved man with amazing knowledge of the law that lets his work speak for itself. I am only part way through this chapter of proceedings but with Jason representing me , I am confident the I will finally get what I'm looking for and hopefully never need an attorney again, but if I do, Jason will be my first call!
