Managing a high volume of leases, which includes but is not limited to negotiating, drafting and revising tenant leases and related agreements.

Negotiating leases, lease modifications, waivers, subordination agreements, estoppels, and termination agreements with tenants, attorneys and brokers.

Partner focusing law practice on business and corporate law, which includes, but is not limited to, business formation and dissolution; contract drafting; mergers and acquisitions; purchase and sale of assets; non-competition issues; employment matters; not-for-profit corporations; and other general corporate issues.

I also work on real estate transactions, including commercial and residential leases, landlord/tenant issues, sales and purchases, and commercial loan transactions.

I also assist clients with elder law issues, estate planning, and the administration of estates. In addition, I work with area fire companies on their legal matters.
