Biography
In October 2008, after 30 years of practice and 27 years at large law firms I decided to open my own firm. I enjoyed the large firm experience and training but over the years it seemed that my ability to represent potential clients was being limited more and more often by client and issue conflicts. This may be the inevitable consequence of being in a large firm in the smaller upstate New York market. I feel that the small firm platform will give clients all of the advantages of a "big firm" attorney with none of the disadvantages.
