Amanda Zafur

As a member of the Complete Counsel team at LoTempio P.C. Law Group, Amanda Zafur concentrates her practice in the areas of Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability. She has the ability to relate to her clients’ struggles with lost wages and mounting medical costs, and guides them through the complex Workers’ Comp and Social Security systems. She’s able to handle all aspects of New York State Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Administration claims. From filing the initial documentation, to investigating your case and representing you in hearings and appeals, Ms. Zafur remains transparent throughout the entire process.

Ms. Zafur graduated from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts Honors in Political Science. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, where she was elected Vice President of the Domestic Violence Task Force. Ms. Zafur also served as Associate Editor to the Buffalo Journal of Gender Law & Social Policy, and was selected to participate on the SUNY Buffalo Law National Trial Team. Ms. Zafur also served as a legal intern for the Honorable Barbara Howe of Erie County Surrogate’s Court.

Ms. Zafur is admitted to practice in New York State and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York. She is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and the Minority Bar Association of Western New York. She’s influential in the Western New York community as a member of Dress for Success Buffalo, the BISON Children's Scholarship Fund President's Council and Sass & Success, a networking group focused on empowering women professionals.

Ms. Zafur also assists with Personal Injury and Criminal matters as well.
