A worker fell down a flight of stairs and injured her head, neck and back while going to her office at work. She could not remember what caused her to fall and the witnesses did not know what caused h ... er to fall. The workers compensation Judge ruled that because no one knew what caused her to fall, it was an unexplained fall and her employer was not responsible for her injuries under workers compensation.
