house modificatiom
I have been going through a modification with Chase for & years before I hired Shannon Fuhrman. Once the bank knew I had representation, things moved very quickly! Shannon's experience in this field was very instrumental in having Chase, NOW, move faster than even the HOPE program could do.

Not reliable
Minimal to No communication. Won't respond to calls, texts, emails, and missed her own scheduled phone appointment . Barely made deadlines.
