Charges Dropped on Homicide Case

When a client was arrested and the DA's were looking to file charges on a potential homicide case, I was able to get involved early and that made all the difference. I got the call on a Saturday, went ... to the jail and immediately met with the client, hired an investigator, went to the scene and started conducting interviews. My defense team was able to meet with the DA's, and candidly discuss the client and potential charges. Ultimately, the DA decided that justice was served by recognizing my client's right to self-defense and chose not to file charges on the case.
