Sexual assault acquitted
N/AOUTCOME: Not guilty
I represented a former state policeman charged with rape by a teenager. He knew that policemen don't fare well in prison and he was very scared. We went to trial and we were able to bring in the teenag ... er's boyfriend, who admitted to being her conspirator against my client so that they could cover up their sexual activities. Even though she got on the stand and cried, convincingly, the jury agreed with me when I asked them in closing argument "Who cried, and who lied?"
