If you'd like to be ignored, disrespected, left out in the dark with the least help or communication available and drag your case out as long as possible... Here's your Guy. He hates to work or do anything, will not email, call or communicate, forgets or does not bother to serve your papers to the ot...her party and not tell u, You finally get to court and it's extended because he could not be bothered to tell or serve anyone.. finally you actually get in to court in front of the judge and have to do it all yourself.. and still because you needed him & wish he would do something, anything to show u he's competent to be a lawyer at all.. as you have all the paperwork to prove your case tells you no he won't speak up.. and tell the judge as his job would be to say your honor, we do have text messages, proof and a contract that says this is the only Party, not married or hired or tasked anyone with their responsibility could we just prove that so we can all move forward with out taking up more if the courts time and expense... So now you have to go back to court to do what he could have done ten times already. This guy is the worst ever dealt with in my 30 years of professional service to a major company.. Please especially if your female or handicapped find anyone else. Enjoy your life.. do not do this to yourself. Wish could post video or anything.
