Admitted to practice law since 1980 in the courts of New York State as well as the Federal District Court for the Western District of New York. In 1989 the Law Office of Claude A. Joerg was established. Such practice has included prbate and estate administration, estate planning, personal injury litigation, matrimonial and Family court law, business and commercial law, and real property transactions.
Throughout my career I have been appointed and served the residents of the County of Niagara in many offical capacites; Counsel to the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority, Assistant District Attorney, Niagara County Attorney, Pendleton Town Attorney.
Throughout my carrer I have also received appointments from the court as Referee in Real Estate Foreclsoures, Guardian Ad Litem for Minors and Infants and served as the Guardian of Attorney for Incapacitated Persons pursuat to Article 81 of the Mental Hygene Law.
