Ann Giardina Hess

I paid Ann Hess 3500 down. She showed up to one court case that was 30 minutes long. She sent me a bill after for $4500 charging me 9500 for a 30 minute court case?!? I called letting her know I needed to disucss what was going on. She told me she was too busy to talk. I told her I could wait in the ...waiting room until she has time because I really needed to figure out what is happening. She told me if I step foot in her office she will call the police on me. I not only got robbed 3500 since it was only 30 minutes she appeared for but now she is trying to sue me for the remainder. This lady is a complete fraud and I am currently fighting the charges.

My grandson retained Ann for a child custody case and was strung along for 10 months with very little to show for it. She is way too concerned with payments and keeps adding charges with nothing having been accomplished. She seems confused, forgetful, and unorganized. She double books herself and t...hen wants my son to fix it! She may have been on top of her game at one time, but if that is the case, she has lost her edge.

First of all, she charged astronomical fees for little service. She forgot important paperwork, cancelled court dates last minute, and did not seem to be on top of the case. She didn't even pay attention to what I was trying to tell her in the court waiting room, but more concerned with fellow lawyer... friends coming throught the door. I did not feel she cared about the cause, just her compensation.
