My husband and I sold our home without an agent so Mr. Emmi went above an beyond when there were hiccups along the way to closing on our house. On top of that, my husband and I were two states apart from each other during the process and he was very patient with all that was involved in talking to b...oth of us and getting things signed. He is a man of integrity and takes his job very seriously. Never once did I feel like he didn't have time for either of us to answer our questions (sometimes twice) or move forward towards the next step.
