Linda Lalli Stark

Linda Lalli Stark concentrates her practice in Litigation and Appellate Practice. She has extensive experience in the public sector having served as a principal law clerk to both a trial justice and an appellate justice and was an appellate pool clerk as well. Additionally, she served as a court attorney, matrimonial referee, an Assistant District Attorney, and a Special Assistant Attorney General. She has argued extensively before the Appellate Division, Fourth Department and presided over matrimonial matters and conducted hearings at State Supreme Court. She also serves on the Attorney for the Child panel for the Appellate Division, Fourth Department and is certified to receive appointments as a Court Evaluator under Part 36 of the Rules of the Chief Judge. Ms. Stark was one of the first attorneys in the Eighth Judicial District to be certified to participate in Death Penalty cases.
