Andrew Brautigam

I represent clients as I would like to be represented, and I make every effort on their behalf. I have represented individuals from every situation in life, from indigent criminal defendants to local business leaders, and I treat every client and situation with respect, and work diligently no matter the charge or situation.

My practice consists mostly of criminal defense, and I have handled every type of matter: misdemeanors including DWi arrests, Drug Sales, Possession of Controlled Substances, Criminal Trespass, and other offenses, and felonies including Burglary, Robbery, Assault, Sexual Abuse, and have participated in a Murder defense. If you have been charged with a crime, I will appear on your behalf, pursue appropriate motion and hearing practice, and conduct a trial on your behalf if necessary. 

In other matters I take the same approach. If you have been injured, I will ensure that you are made whole for your injury, your pain and suffering, and your ongoing medical expenses. If you are experiencing or anticipating a Divorce or Separation, I will work with you to make sure that you are treated fairly and equitably. In litigation, I will pursue your claim or defense with intensity.
