Robert H. Gurbacki

Rob has been a partner and member of the firm since 1987. Through the years, Rob has settled hundreds of personal injury cases, yielding verdicts and settlements of $1 million or more. Many of Rob's clients come from all over WNY including: Northtowns, southtowns and southerntier. When it comes to experience, Rob has the record to show what it takes to win. 

He also has just as many years experience with Wills, Power of Attorneys, Trusts, Estates, and within the last decade, Medicaid planning. 

He is a lifelong resident of western New York and resides in East Aurora with his wife and children. Rob grew up in Amherst, NY Sweet Home and Amherst school district. His Kids went to Williamsville schools and East Aurora schools. Currently all three kids grown and married and/or living in Buffalo area and DC area. His children attended schools at SUNY Geneseo, Cornell Vet School and Villanova Law. Each chose career paths as a Biochemist, Veterinarian and Asylum Officer respectively. The youngest child is currently a freshman at University of Pittsburgh studying engineering. Rob is now a proud grandfather as well.

When Rob isn't in the office, you can find him relaxing at home or spending time with his family in Western New York.
