Leslie Hobika Gleisner

Leslie H. Gleisner was born in Utica, New York but was raised in Buffalo, New York. Educated at the State University of Buffalo for both her undergraduate and law school degrees. Was admitted to practice in New York in 1989 and Georgia in 1990. Ms. Gleisner spent many years in Atlanta, Georgia practicing residential and commercial real estate before returning home to be with her extended family. Prior to joining the firm’s real estate department in May 2017, Ms. Gleisner represented creditors and servicers throughout New York State in all aspects of residential foreclosure proceedings and in title resolution proceedings. Ms. Gleisner represented buyers, sellers, lenders in residential and commercial real estate closing transactions in the Atlanta, Georgia area, along with title curative matters. She also represented creditors and servicers in all aspects of foreclosures throughout the state of Georgia and Florida. Additionally, she handled creditor representation in bankruptcy court throughout Georgia.

Ms. Gleisner is currently representing clients in residential and commercial purchase, sale and refinance transactions, and 1031 Tax deferred exchanges. She also represents lenders in mortgage purchase and refinance loan transactions. Ms. Gleisner is additionally advising clients and preparing Health Care Proxies, simple Wills, Powers of Attorney. She is also representing clients with Criminal Defense matters, including drunk driving and traffic offenses.
