This case was a sales and possession for sales of "MDMA" - commonly referred to as Extacy. After the DA had finished presenting their evidence I made a motion to have the case dismissed for insufficie ... nt evidence, which was granted and this case was dismissed by the judge - who said that in 22.5 years on the bench he had never heard my argument and that he felt compelled to grant it based on the trial tactics I employed on behalf of my client.
