Kristin Marie Allen

I graduated from SUNY Buffalo with a degree in Legal Studies in 1997 then went on to attend Albany Law School of Union University, graduating in 2000. Since that time I have been practicing Workers’ Compensation law. I learned the Workers’ Compensation system by representing carriers for the first few years of my career but something was missing for me personally. I left that employer and realized I had found my passion when I began representing injured workers. I have dedicated the past 15 years to fighting on behalf of Western New York’s injured workers and have managed a law office in Batavia, NY for almost a decade.

I am very excited to be a part of the Dolce Panepinto team. I love working alongside others who are just as passionate as I am about helping injured workers and their families. I know the Workers’ Compensation system is complicated and can be intimidating, especially when you are looking at it from the inside. That is why I am dedicated to pursuing every possible legal avenue to help you get the best outcome.
