I have to admit I was quite nervous about having to go to court, especially it being my first time. Mr. Kelly made the unfortunate experience as pleasant as it could've gone. I am from out of state and had my car impounded, due to an unpaid $30.00 DMV fee from 1997! Marsahall was assigned as my public defender for my court appearance moments after my car was taken away. I was very stressed out, and Marshall expained everything. He then handled the initial appearance. I h...ired him to handle the case. Marshall kept me updated via e-mail and phone. He was able to quickly deal with the situation. The case was settled and I was able to avoid returning to NYS for a court date. Fantastic, polite and efficient service.
