A father (Gary) filed a petition under O.C.G.A. § 19-6-19(a) (2004) against a mother (Gowins) to modify the father's monthly child support obligation of $28,000 for the parties' twins. A Georgia trial ... court reduced the obligation to $5,000 per month. The mother appealed.
