Insurance company accused catastrophically injured victim of being married to the driver of her vehicle. The driver caused the crash. The rule states a victim cannot recover from the car insurance if t ... hey are married. I pointed out to the insurance they could not rely on a newspaper article stating they were married unless it was ancient.
