Lillian L. Levy

Lillian L. Levy is a partner at Hinman, Howard & Kattell, and Chair of the Commercial Real Estate and Financing and Residential Real Estate practice groups. Lillian’s practice concentrates on commercial real estate leasing and corporate purchase and sales as well as a full range of business transactions.

Lillian has counseled clients in a number of significant real estate transactions in the area and counsels business clients across the state. Her clients include businesses of all sizes. Lillian also provides advice on real estate transaction ancillary to mergers or acquisitions or other business transactions.

Lillian serves on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Federation of Broome County; the Board of Directors of Broome County Charities; and the Boys and Girls Club Foundation. She is the past President of the Board of Directors of the Family & Children’s Society; past President of the Board of Directors of the Binghamton Symphony Orchestra; past Vice President, Board of Directors, American Lung Association; Director, past President and current Member of the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club; Director, past President and current Member of the Board of Directors of the Jewish Community Center; past President, Board of Governors of the Binghamton Club. She also previously served on the Boards of Directors for the Goodwill Theatre; the SOS Shelter Inc.; the YWCA of Broome County; Danielle House; and the American Red Cross of Broome County. She also served as a past Member of the Binghamton University Human Subjects Research Review Committee.
