Empathetic and always available

Mine was a very complicated case, spanning several years. COVID-19 caused several delays, as did other forces beyond our control. Super accessible, great communication

When a motorcycle was allowed to fall on my leg and broken in two places by the driver, I filed a claim with Keith as my representative. I never spent a day in court, or doing anything that wasted my time or his. I hope to never need him for another injury claim, but I'd feel confident calling him ...again for that - or any other legal issue!

Excellent job.
