Ryan P. Wagenleitner

Ryan Wagenleitner serves as Special Counsel at Hinman, Howard & Kattell in our Binghamton office. His practice focuses primarily on civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ryan represented individuals and organizations in prosecuting class action and single-plaintiff lawsuits to include alleged violations of federal and state data privacy, securities, antitrust, employment, medical malpractice, and consumer protection laws.

In addition to his experience practicing law, Ryan gained extensive experience as a tax consultant with a Big-4 public accounting firm, having served as the Director of Tax Special Projects in the tax department of a well-known Fortune 500 corporation, and in leading a team tasked with automating back-office finance processes at the same corporation. His diverse experience allows Ryan to bring practical solutions to complex problems for his clients.
