I just want to say “DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY”!! At the initial meeting he will tell you whatever you want to hear and then after you retain him he will retract everything he said and try to make you feel like a fool. He and his team are lazy and will expect you to attain any paperwork and charge you... to file it. They don’t take or return phone calls and rarely return emails, but when they do they charge you for it and then keep asking for more money. If you do actually set up a meeting, it will be canceled for one reason or another and you are left in the dark about what is going on with your case. He disparages the opposing attorney to make himself look better. He used to be a judge and should have an idea of what to expect, but doesn’t indicate anything, so when you finally get to court he will tell you “it’s the best he could do”. Again I will tell you “do not hire this firm” unless you have a lot money to throw away and don’t want to win your case.
