When I first called the James Troy law firm, I was told they could help me out with my Worker's Comp case, and help me finally get closure on what had been a long, awful process. Replied last May 14, 2012We are very sorry we could not assist you with your Workers' Compensation claim. Although we would like to assist each and every person who contacts us for help, we are a smaller firm and simply do not have the resources to accept 100% of cases. Also, we reviewed your file to see if we could assist and at that time we could not, so we promptly informed you, in writing, so that you could seek the advice of a different attorney. We were "reviewing your files at the Workers Compensation Board" to see if we could assist you. You were not yet a client at this firm because retainers were never signed. Once again we apologize that we could not be of more assistance. We are very sorry you had a difficult time with your claim and wish you had called us sooner to assist. -Office Manager
