Brian R Wright

Brian R. Wright counsels all forms of businesses on matters ranging from formation to dissolution, and everything in-between. He also advises individuals on personal matters, such as home buying, financing, estate planning, traffic violations and criminal matters. Brian also handles a variety of litigation matters, including personal injury.

Brian has served on the board of directors for multiple SEC listed companies. Brian has used this experience to serve the Greater Binghamton and Oneonta areas by adding to and improving the corporate governance, reporting, investment management, spending controls, and public relations processes and procedures of the many organizations he has served and counseled.

Brian served as Board Member, Community Bank Systems, Inc. (a NYSE listed company) and Community Bank, N.A., DeWitt, New York from 2011 to 2014. He previously served for over 25 years as Chair of the Board of the Wilber Corporation (an AMEX listed company) and Wilber National Bank, Oneonta, New York. Brian also serves as Trustee Emeritus, Hartwick College, Oneonta, New York; past Director, National Soccer Hall of Fame, Oneonta, New York; past Trustee, Oneonta Family YMCA, Oneonta, New York; past President, Broome Community College Foundation, Binghamton, New York; past Board Member, Lourdes Hospital Foundation, Binghamton, New York; and Live Wire Club, Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce.
