Benjamin J. Venuti

Benjamin J. Venuti is an Associate Attorney in the Business and Corporate Law Practice Group at Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP.

He received his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2025, where he served as Production Editor of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. He also participated in the Federal Tax Clinic, where he assisted low‑income taxpayers in resolving disputes with the IRS and mentored first-year clinic students.

Before law school, Benjamin graduated summa cum laude from Syracuse University with a B.A. in Psychology. While at Syracuse, he tutored students in writing, statistics, and psychology, and volunteered with Yeshua Restoration Ministries to help renovate homes for local families in need.

A native of Binghamton and graduate of Chenango Valley High School, Benjamin is excited to return home and serve clients and the community as part of HH&K’s Business and Corporate Law group.
