OUTCOME: Settled!

My first "big" case was "big" because it was for my parents. Their beloved horse died from an adverse reaction to medication. The manufacturer, an international pharmaceutical company, denied respons ... ibility. I obtained a court order requiring the company to produce tens of thousands of pages of documents. Buried deep in those documents were the pages we needed -- proof that the company knew that other horses had died from adverse reactions, but did nothing to warn consumers. I was fresh out of law school, had zero experience, but through sheer doggedness I obtained justice for my family.
