Mr. Brown then developed a well-thought out defense, this included obtaining weather condition reports, photos of the scene of the accident and background information on the key witness. The prosecution's key eye witness was discredited by Mr. Brown and in less than one hour a verdict of not guilty on all counts was delivered by the jury, a jury that consisted of, among others, the wife of a District Attorney in Jefferson County, Colorado.
