Sandra Ellen Malkin

Sandra Malkin is a partner in the law firm of Levene Gouldin & Thompson, LLP, and concentrates her practice in Real Property, Business, Estate Planning, and Oil and Gas Transactions.  Sandra obtained her B.A., magna cum laude, from Binghamton University and her joint J.D./M.P.A. from Syracuse University College of Law and The Maxwell School of Public Administration in 2001.  While pursuing her joint degree at the College of Law and The Maxwell School, Sandra worked as an intern for the National Security Studies executive training program for senior military and civilian executives.

Sandra is admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New York. Sandra is a member of both the Pennsylvania and New York Bar Associations.  Sandra is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Shale Energy Law Committee and the Broome County Bar Association Oil and Gas Committee.  Sandra is also a certified mineral manager through the National Association of Royalty Owners.
