As Senior Counsel at Tully Rinckey, Richard Jennings concentrates his practice in Family Matrimonial Law and Criminal, Vehicle and Traffic law. Rick is also a veteran, having served for seven years in the U.S. Navy
Rick obtained his Juris Doctorate from University of North Dakota School of Law, where he was named the National Dean’s list (22nd Edition). He completed graduate studies with a 4.0 GPA in human resource management at Chapman University, Orange, California, As an undergraduate, Rick attended Shippensburg University, where he studied journalism and government.
