Justin Lance Salkin

I am a litigation Associate Attorney with Levene Gouldin & Thompson, LLP. 

I have experience handling medical malpractice, personal injury defense, insurance coverage, foreclosure, and lemon law litigation from inception through appeal, including taking depositions and working proactively with clients. I am experienced conducting legal research, drafting and arguing summary judgment motions before New York Supreme Courts, and drafting and arguing appellate briefs before the Appellate Division. I also have experience drafting LLC Operating Agreements, reviewing contractual agreements, probating Wills, drafting Article 81 Guardianship Petitions, and handling commercial litigation. 

I have prevailed twice upon briefs and oral arguments at the Appellate Division, Third Department. See Harvey v. Laz Parking Ltd., LLC, 128 A.D.3d 1203 (3d Dep't 2015); Nationwide Ins. Co. of America v. Porter, 121 A.D.3d 1208 (3d Dep't 2014).

I am admitted to practice in New York State, and in Federal Court in the Northern District of New York, and Western District of New York.
