As a result of the hearings, Allstate was found to be char ... ging illegal rates and was forced to lower premiums statewide in CA in the amount of approximately $500 Million per year. Representing Consumer Watchdog, on behalf of 3 million CA consumers, Dan Zohar was the lead counsel in the hearings, cross examining Allstate executive and experts.
