We were anxious home buyers who were preapproved residing in a hotel while realators, loan agents, and financial organization worked towards a closing. I was given a speeding ticket in NY. I have an overseas license so the process of NY State trying to put points on an overseas license would have likely stretched the system. I didn't want to have this become a drawn out affair while we sorted it out. Mr Gouldin sorted it out very quickly. I will pay... a fine but have avoided the nightmare of trying to explain from 3,000 miles away that the points could not be added to my license.
