I used this law firm for a home closing, and the experience was extremely frustrating. The firm made a thousands-of-dollars mistake. There were multiple errors in payoff amounts, conflicting figures, and clerical mistakes. They applied per diem incorrectly, and multiple members of the firm gave me di...fferent payoff and per diem amounts. I had to spend significant time, travel, and effort to resolve issues that were entirely their fault. Communication was poor. I received no updates for over a month and had to follow up multiple times to get information. While the firm eventually acknowledged the mistakes, the fix they offered barely addressed the inconvenience, stress, and financial confusion they caused. I would not recommend this firm due to repeated errors, lack of accountability, and minimal effort to correct their mistakes.

Children Abuse supporter. Look up his daughter Gabriel she hit her child in the face multiple times hit her in the back and grabbed her by the hair just to relief her anger because her ex husband found a new woman. This happened in February and hadn’t left my head and my heart to this day. The viole...nt sh*t mom not charged because her dad is a lawyer. Disgusting.

We were steered to Xlander's office by our realtor, and had no prior knowledge of the firm. They were average in their handling of the closing, although the fees were about 30% higher than we have paid in the past. However, when we attempted to have them follow up on post closing issues, it was extre...mely difficult to get a response from the attorneys -- it took over a month to finally get a second-hand message that they would not help with what is a fairly routine issue. I really cannot recommend this office and suggest you look elsewhere for your real estate needs.
