Theodosis John Totolis

Theo J. Totolis joins Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP as Of Counsel, bringing with him over sixty years of experience, including all facets of law, and a concentration in litigation, real estate, wills, probate and corporate law.

Theo started his practice in New York City where he concentrated in civil trial defense. He spent three years on the road, as General Counsel for the James E. Strates Shows handling contracts and insurance. He returned to New York City for six more years and then came home to Endicott, New York where he practiced for the last 48 years in General Practice handling all facets of law.

Theo is a graduate of Harpur College (‘54) and Columbia University Law School (‘59).

Theo served three years in the United State Marine Corps and was honorably discharged as a Captain.

He served as a member of the BU Foundation (President), Broome County Bar Association, Sertoma, Binghamton Symphony (Treasurer), Endicott Historical Society (President), Greek Orthodox Church (Counsel) as well as other charitable organizations.

Theo has been the Village Justice of the Village of Endicott since 2007.
