Motor Vehicle Offense Case

OUTCOME: Charges Dismissed

Client was stopped and charged by New Hampshire police with a serious motor vehicle offense. If convicted, they were looking at over a 100 day loss of license due to the offense and a second conviction ... for being a driver under 20 years old with multiple convictions. They also would have been close to becoming a habitual offender. We worked with the courts to extend my clients hearing date by serveral months to allow good driving time. We were able to present my clients case in a good lite to the prosecutor and the prosecutor agreed not to go forward on the major offense. Additionally, we convinced the courts to dismiss the other charges without having to appear before the judge.
