Custody and guardianship of minor children to grandmother

OUTCOME: Both parents addicted to heroin. Atty. Garry was able to get grandmother guardianship before DCF was brought in. Children still with grandmother.

Mother and Father both addicted to heroin. Elderly grandmother was being abused physically, emotionally and financially by the parents.
