Kathy L. Quencer

Ms. Quencer is unprofessional and should never be allowed to be an attorney for Children. Ms.Quencer convinced the court that she could remain unbiased in a case involving a Mother and Father where she previously in a different completely unrelated case bad mouthed the father and then attempted to te...ll the court she had zero bias in the case involved. She then continued to speak to the mother and tell the mother what her daughter was saying even though there was no danger or issue. She then went into court and defended the mother rather than remain unbiased. She should lose her license due to intentionally (imo) ripping a father and daughter away from eachother. It is disgusting and in NOWAY should she ever be allowed to represent children.
