OUTCOME: Remanded for second trial.

This case involved the removal of minor children to South Carolina. The case was tried in the Plymouth Probate Court over four days with numerous witnesses including the Court appointed GAL. I repres ... ented the father and the Court entered Judgment in my client's favor blocking the removal. Mother appealed and the case was reported by the Appeals Court of Massachusetts and is as cited above and remanded for another trial.

OUTCOME: Recovery for dog bite victim and succesful financial recovery and win before the Appeallate three Judge panel.

This case involved a dog bite on a child who was at a job site with his father, a contractor, who was working at a customers house. The homeowner claimed that the child was essentially a trespasser an ... d therefore not liable for the injuries suffered when her dog bite the child in the face. The case was tried in the Wareham District Court and a verdict rendered in our client's favor. An appeal was taken to the Appellate Division on the issue of trespassing and we prevailed after oral argument before a three judge panel.
