The decedent, Christa Worthington, was murdered in the presence of her young child. The hunt for her murderer, coupled with a custody battle between Christa's named guardian and the putative father, c ... aused this case to be spotlighted in local, national and international media for over a year. In addition to settling the estate, I worked with the named guardian (and her counsel) in connection with a custody dispute and the Estate's tort attorney in pursuit of a wrongful death claim.
