OUTCOME: Fully Favorable Decision

Client had significant problems with pain and dysfunction with her knees, including her knees locking and giving out resulting in frequent falls almost daily. Despite these issues, she was repeatedly ... denied disability benefits. After a hearing before an Administrative Law judge, my client was deemed disabled and awarded full benefits with back pay.
