family court case

I hired Tina, and spent over 2500. She came to court unprepared and asked me if I had my paper work because she forgot hers. She never even looked at all the evidence that I had provided to her. Her response at court was 'I just assumed' after I lost my case, due to her lack of knowledge. I had pr...ovided her with all evidence that was needed and she replies that she just assumed. She never even looked at my evidence material. We had gone to court 3 times during that time, and she never once came prepared.
